During social distancing I am running virtual Yoga and Pilates classes through Zoom. Once booked, you will be emailed a link to the class.

If you are using a laptop or computer you don't need to do anything except click on the link. If you are on a tablet or phone you will need to download the Zoom app but don't need to create an account.

For 1 hour virtual Yogalates (Yoga & Pilates) classes on Wednesday 10am, Thursday 6.30pm, and Saturday 10am please book and pay below.
