With Emma Collins-Jones

In Gentle Yoga we explore the body and mind, calming the nervous system with movement, breathing exercises, and meditation. In Yogalates we add in Pilates and Physiotherapy exercises to build strength. And, in Massage Ball Class, we improve mobility with self massage.

With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a passion for Body Positivity, I bring intelligent cueing and clear explanations to my classes. Classes are online and in Bath and they are open to everybody. I hope you can join me.
